SURVEY To visit site and carry out survey to ensure drawings reflect the true physical representation of risk and any other items that have an influence on the system DRAWINGS To locate control equipment, field devices, on site drawings and complete schematic wiring diagrams in accordance with all applicable Class Regulations BILL OF MATERIALS To compile a complete Bill of Materials showing all detection equipment and to include, if required, MCT's, cable glands, junction boxes, cable specifications and cable lengths APPROVALS To submit a complete documentation package to Class or Approval Body on behalf of the client and to obtain written approval of all submitted documents and monitor subsequent site visits by Class Surveyor INSTALLATION SUPERVISION To provide an engineer, or engineers if applicable, to visit site at key intervals to monitor installation and progress COMMISSIONING To provide an engineer to commission the completed system CLASS APPROVAL To accompany the Class or Approval Body surveyor for a full inspection and subsequent written approval of the installed system SERVICING To offer a full system support and regular servicing visits complete with a back up emergency call out if required OPERATIONAL VESSELS or RIGS We can carry out this service while the vessel or rig is fully operational |
